We only collect information you choose to give us, through the enquiry form on our homepage or the contact form on our Contact page. Depending on which form you use, this may include your name, email address, phone number, city, current profession or years of experience, and the message you write.
How Your Enquiry Is Sent
Our forms do not submit your information to a server or database. When you click "Submit Enquiry," "Send Message," or a WhatsApp button, your browser opens WhatsApp (web or app) with your details pre-filled into a message — nothing is sent to us until you choose to press send inside WhatsApp yourself. Once sent, that conversation is handled the same way any WhatsApp message to our business number would be.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you send us only to respond to your enquiry — for example, to answer questions about membership, training programs, or to connect you with a Commando in your city. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.
Cookies & Tracking
This website does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only browser storage in use is on our internal admin panel (for the site owner's own login session and content drafts), which has no connection to your visit as a member of the public.
Third-Party Services
We link out to WhatsApp, Google Maps, and our social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). Each of these is operated by its own company under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review separately.
Data Security
Because enquiry data is sent directly through WhatsApp rather than stored on a server we control, there is no centralized database of visitor submissions for us to secure or that could be breached on our end.
Children's Privacy
KKC Club is intended for working professionals and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
